Acceptable Use Policy

Below you will find our policies on what is deemed acceptable, transmittable, or otherwise 'hostable' on our network.

It should be noted that although we offer offshore hosting solutions, OkServers LLC is a US based company, this means we are fully compliant with US based law.

• What is prohibited on your network?

  • Distribution of 'pirated' software products that are not properly licensed to you.
  • Distribution of malicious software that serves the intent of compromising or harming external networks or computers (i.e viruses, worms, etc).
  • Breaching or attempting to breach external 3rd party networks or computers with malicious intent in any way, shape, or form.
  • Breaching or accessing any data of which you are not an intended recipient of in any way, shape, or form.
  • Probing external hosts for vulnerabilities or exploits (port scanning)
  • Modifying source address information to any address space outside of your assigned subnet (packet spoofing)
  • Circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, any form of user authentication for any internet connected service or application (hacking)
  • Purposefully interfering with or taking any extneral network offline (DoS / DDoS attack)
  • Hosting software that relays malicious commands to other networks (i.e Botnets, C&C nodes, etc)
  • Hosting software that intentionally sends outbound spam or unsolicited marketing / scam emails (i.e phising, scam sites, mail bombers)
  • Utilizing our network in any way that can violate local law and or ordinance is prohibited.

If you are found to be in violation of any of the above terms any affiliated service can be shutdown without prior notice at OkServers LLC sole discretion.
